1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apply N Hire (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including job seekers, employers, freelancers, and clients.

2. Description of Service

Apply N Hire is a platform that connects job seekers with employers and freelancers with clients. The Service includes:

• Job and service listing creation and browsing
• Swipe-based matching system
• Map-based location search
• Application management and tracking
• Social feed and community features
• N Coins virtual currency and post boosting
• Bookmark and feedback systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Types

• Applicant — Job seekers looking for employment
• Employer — Companies and individuals posting job listings
• Freelancer — Independent professionals offering services
• Client — Individuals or businesses seeking freelance services

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job or service listings
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access other users' accounts
• Post illegal content or use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Scrape data or use automated systems without our permission
• Manipulate visibility scores through artificial means

5. N Coins & Payments

5.1 Virtual Currency

N Coins are a virtual currency used within Apply N Hire. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. N Coins can be used to boost the visibility of posts.

5.2 Purchases

All N Coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are processed through third-party providers (NOWPayments) using cryptocurrency.

5.3 Boost Duration

Boosts have a set duration (3, 7, or 14 days). After expiration, posts return to normal visibility scoring.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (job listings, service listings, social posts, reviews). By posting, you grant Apply N Hire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

6.2 Our Content

The Apply N Hire name, logo, design, and source code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apply N Hire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, service quality, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between users (employers, applicants, providers, clients)
• Quality or outcome of hired services
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Third-party service outages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time from your Dashboard Settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
